LIGNAU TREP ist ein professioneller zwei-komponentiger Polyurethanklebstoff, der speziell für die Verklebung von Treppenstufen, Setzstufen und Massivholzelementen entwickelt wurde. Das System besteht aus Komponente A (Grundklebstoff) und Komponente B (Härter), die zusammen eine hochfeste, flexible Verbindung schaffen, ideal für anspruchsvolle Holzinstallationen.
Der Klebstoff bietet außergewöhnliche Haltbarkeit, Elastizität und Feuchtigkeitsbeständigkeit und gewährleistet eine stabile, langfristige Verbindung zwischen Holz und Untergrund. Er eignet sich für Massivholz, Holzwerkstoffe und Verbundmaterialien, sowohl im Wohn- als auch im gewerblichen Innenbereich.
Nach dem Mischen härtet der Klebstoff zu einer hoch belastbaren elastischen Schicht aus, die Vibrationen absorbiert und Knarren verhindert – perfekt für Treppeninstallationen und stark beanspruchte Bereiche.

Anwendung
Mischen Sie Komponente A und B vor Gebrauch gründlich im angegebenen Verhältnis. Tragen Sie den Klebstoff gleichmäßig mit einer gezahnten Kelle oder Spachtel auf saubere, trockene und staubfreie Oberflächen auf.
Positionieren Sie die Treppenstufe oder das Paneel, drücken Sie es fest an und lassen Sie es vollständig aushärten, bevor es belastet wird.

CARBO TREP is a flexible, solvent-free, non-sag 2-component polyurethane reactive adhesive for bonding risers and stair platforms on dry substrates such as concrete, cement, screeds, plaster, metal, gypsum, ceramics, chipboard, wood, and rubber.
It must be ensured that the sub floor is ready for installation by performing proper sub floor preparation, floors must be clean, have sufficient surface strength, must be level, permanently dry and free of cracks. If necessary, make sure sub floors are level, have sufficient absorptive capacity and grip. Then apply adhesive to sub floor, avoid adhesive pooling and excessive layer thickness by evenly raking the notched trowel over adhesive layer. The element to be bonded is then placed on top. Any CARBO TREP adhesive that squeezes out of gaps and seams must be removed immediately. In cold weather, the adhesive should be brought to a warm place in time to reach the proper application temperature. Please test the effect of the cleaner on the finish of the wood flooring in an inconspicuous area or on a sample prior to applying the cleaner. Hardened adhesive residues can easily be removed mechanically, mostly residue-free. However, longer exposures on finished wood flooring should be avoided to prevent possible contouring. After 24–48 hours, the adhesive has hardened to form a tough, permanently elastic, and hydrolysis-resistant bond that absorbs and relieves tension. The curing time is delayed at low temperatures (15 °C).
